We’ve reached a very exciting milestone at The Crescent, with construction now underway at our Crescent Head community!‍

Arissa Group in partnership with RPM are pleased to commence civil works of our new residential community The Crescent with an official sod-turning ceremony last week at Crescent Head, and welcoming Kempsey Shire Council General Manager, Craig Milburn for the occasion.

With shovels in hand, our team got stuck in, marking the start of preliminary earthworks to be completed by Daracon Group.

Arissa Group CEOs, Joe & Frank Scarf, led the groundbreaking ceremony, expressing their delight after years of strategic planning. Frank Scarf shared, "Today marks the realization of a community-first project close to our hearts."

RPM Managing Director, Peter Neale, says The Crescent will give people who have been waiting for the opportunity to live in Crescent Head the chance to be a part of the community.

"The enquiry of buyers have been people who have some affiliation with Crescent Head. They've been coming here for a long time, either surfing, or camping down at Point Plomer and they've always wanted the opportunity to live here, but there's been limited opportunities,” said Mr Neale.

Mr Neale says those looking to buy land at The Crescent are interested in living in the village and joining the community.
